Our branch in Acquasparta, Umbria, in the Province of Terni is officially open and fully operational. It offers a division of legal services specializing in Real Estate to both Italian nationals and foreign clients in the purchase or sale of properties in Italy.
The Face of Real Estate in Italy is changing fast. Knight Frank, an agency specializing in high-end and prestigious properties, has experienced a boom in the sector, especially from American and British citizens, making 2021 the best year in a decade. 
Sotheby’s also declared that it had sold more homes in the first 8 months of 2021 than in all of 2019, with growth reaching above 74%. 
Thanks to these numbers, Italy has overtaken France and Spain as the preferred destination for buying a second home.
